All prices per room and night and inclusive 10% service charge. After booking we will ask you to pay 50% of the amount in advance to our account in Germany.
- Car-park, library and WIFI are free of charge
- Check-in from 13:00 p.m. on and check-out until 11:00 a.m., for other times please contact us if nessesary
- We can organise airport transfers, price about 60,00 Euro (depends on exchange rate for LKRupie)
- We like to help you organizing activities as scooter-rent, surfing, whale-watching, taxi-service Weligama and sightseeing tours, roundtrips on the island of Sri Lanka.
- For all rooms you can use the verandas and the garden
- You can take breakfast and meals in our restaurant
- All rooms have a ceyling-fan and mosquio-nets
- Some rooms also have air conditioning A/C
- Bathrooms with shower, h/c water. toilet, towels
- Colonial styled furniture with bed, drawers, coat-stand
- All verandas are furnished with arm- and sleeping chairs, tables
- Every day cleaning of the room and changing towels if you like
- Breakfast per person/day 3,00 EUR

You can rent one or two houses for your own. Meals can be prepared by yourself in a separate part of our kitchen and be taken in our restaurant. Of course you also can choose from our menue.
Villa-East offers 4 double-rooms/bathrooms (1 room with AC) with 2 verandas/sundeck.
Villa-West offers 2 AC-double-rooms and 1 single-room (no AC) and 2 verandas.
